TERMS OF USE
"Terace" Ltd. is a one man company with limited liability. In connection with the proposed service related to motorcycle sport it is represented by Top Enduro Bulgaria.
Enduro tours with guides of Top enduro sometimes pass dangerous areas - deep canyons and obstacles - rocks, trees, holes, stone walls, soil amendments that cannot be predicted or to be felt at the respective speed.
In case of accident the rescue or medical assistance can sometimes be provided with a delay.
In high mountain canyons the weather conditions can be extreme and fast changing.
I accept all these dangers and risks of tours Top Enduro- especially risk of injury, death, damage or loss of property. I realize that the pleasure and excitement of this sport, offered by Top Enduro is associated with riding a motorcycle in difficult terrain. Dangers at these driving conditions are part of the charm of the Top Enduro Bulgaria tracks.
I accept that my level of motorcycle driving must comply with the degree of difficulty of the routes, offered by Top Enduro.
I am acquainted with the specific dangers and risks of tours and my participation in the tour is my own responsibility.
The liability relating to material damage what I may cause during my tour is mine, but not of Top Enduro Bulgaria, its staff or technical partners and the damage caused by me, I have to pay.
It was recommended me a conclusion of an insurance contract.
I agree that Top Enduro Bulgaria will use my name and pictures with me for advertising purposes.
In all cases of refusal 5% of the paid amount is deducted for expenses on hotel reservations and more.
In case of order cancellation, Top Enduro will refund the paid amount.
In order to guard you against fraud during payment with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply best practices recommended by the international card organizations:
- The security during entry and transport of card data is provided by the use of an SSL protocol for encryption of the connection between our server and the payment server of our servicing bank.
- The authenticity of your card is checked by the verification of the card verification value (CVV2)
- In addition, for your identification as the authentic cardholder, the payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations – “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”, in case you are registered to use them.
